My Background and Education

Born and raised in Portugal, I’ve always been fascinated by the complexities of the business world. I pursued my academic journey with a strong focus on engineering and management, earning a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. My thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there. I furthered my education with an MBA from the University of Lisbon, where I honed my skills in strategic management and leadership.

My academic background laid a strong foundation for my career, but it was my hands-on experience that truly shaped me into the professional I am today. I’ve always believed that education is the cornerstone of success, but real-world experience is where true learning happens.

My Professional Journey

At the age of 28, I embarked on my professional journey in the corporate world, working with some of the leading organizations in Europe. My early career was marked by a series of roles in project management, where I learned the intricacies of managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face and the skills needed to overcome them.

In 2010, with a wealth of experience under my belt, I founded PedroVazPaulo Consulting. My mission was clear: to create a consulting firm that not only provides top-notch business solutions but also empowers leaders to grow and excel.
